Just a study really.. testing out my new Wacom Intuos 3.
Used some reference for the lower half of the body ([link]) and was going for that Alma-Tadema, surreal lighting, but wanted her face to look modern and tried to make the composition less static than the traditional 'Aphrodite reclining' style paintings.
